7th Hours

Tuesday:  Lab safety contracts are due today.

Procedure:  Time to finish lab reports.  We also will discuss the physics behind the balloon powered vehicle including Newton’s Laws and potential and kinetic energy.

Homework:  None.

Wednesday:

Procedure:  Students will get a handout on the next class project they can choose from.  Students will pick their own groups based on interests and group sizes.

Procedure:  In class students will research their projects and come up with a list of needed materials to be purchased this week or ordered.

Friday:

Procedure:  Boat races

Materials:  Piece of gutter, ends, water, aluminum foil, and a fan.
